ELGA SC produces various 220V (single-phase) and 380V (triphase) electrical distribution and metering equipment lead-in metering boards, transit cable boards, transit distribution and metering boards, staircase panels, terminal boards and also various elecric equipment and automation boards.
Frames of boards are assembled of steel modules, polyester powder paint coated. Thickness of polyester coat is 60-80 m, service time of coat in 01 category environment (outdoor) 25 years. Modules are assembled by rivets or screws. Maintenance details and their coating are selected according to EN and DIN requirements. Frames of boards are hot dip galvanized, that is particularly designed for anti-corrosion protection. Minimal thickness of zinc coat is 60 microns.
Construction of board frames guarantee tightness, which corresponds to IP44 climatic protection degree of electric equipment. By order we can make frames, which corresponds to IP54 climatic protection degree.
Boards can be fixed to a wall of building, poles or foundations, which are built in ground. Metallic foundations are hot dip galvanized. Minimal thickness of zinc coat is 60 microns.
